Create and Publish Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

This article explains how to create an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) session, configure its settings, and publish it for learners.

Step 1: Create an Instructor-Led Training Session

Go to Create → Instructor-Led Training.

Choose the type of session you want to create:

After entering the required information, proceed to configure the session details.

Enter the required session information, including:

Review the session details to ensure they are accurate before proceeding to the publish settings.

Select Settings at the top of the page to open the Publish Settings.

Configure the additional training settings, including:

After reviewing all the training details and settings, select Publish to make the Instructor-Led Training session available to learners.

Once published, the Instructor-Led Training session becomes available to learners based on the configured session type and schedule.
